Consulting was established by Peter Wall in 1993. Peter
has over 19 years experience as an independent information
systems consultant. In the years since 1993, Peter has used
this experience and the experience of seasoned Ibis staff
consultants, to benefit Ibis Consulting clients.

The
primary focus of Ibis Consulting is on supporting industry
leading corporations in the development and enhancement
of complex information system for State agencies. We are
involved in proposal writing, State to State system transfers,
project management, and the complete system development
life-cycle.

difficult or impossible to fill. The partnering model employed
by Ibis Consulting is especially valuable considering the
current climate of tight human resource availability in
the computer services industry.
Recent
Engagements
Ibis
Consulting recently completed a "Year 2000" project for
the State of Maryland, Department of Human Resources (DHR),
IV-A/IV-D Client Information System (CIS). Ibis Consulting
successfully filled the role of Year 2000 project manager
and provided experienced programmer/analyst resources. The
CIS Y2K project was completed ahead of schedule and under
budget. Ibis Consulting continues to provide senior consulting
services in areas such as Professional License Suspension
for Child Support enforcement and other system upgrades
in response to the requirements of the Personal Responsibility
and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act (PRWORA).
